  I've been doing paint projects for many years, and Sherwin Williams has been my paint supplier of choice; however, this past week they reached a new level of customer service. I usually order my paint requests in advance and pick them up after work. I pulled in to the store parking lot yesterday because I had ordered a quart of custom color paint to finish a project. I was reaching for my phone to call the store and ask if my paint order was ready when Kelly Munerlyn, the store manager, came out to my car, greeted me by name asked me how I would like to pay...returned to my car in a matter of minutes with receipt and paint in tow. This "valet" service might not seem like that big of deal, but to me it was huge. I am handicapped , and mobility is a challenge. A GIANT gold star for the Liberty Sherwin Williams for "going beyond" for your customers!
