  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They don't tell us when our washer is fixed but they can call us when the payment is due, then say they can bring it to us the next day but over a week later still no washer or even a phone call. No communication or delivery, only calls when they want a payment.

  Well, My wife and I have purchased many items from y'all, and we thought each of us paid the note, and we receive a phone call that states we need to make a payment today or they are picking our items up,. We have never been late before on payments and we have bought and filled our whole house (kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 2 dinning rooms, office and so much more). What should have happened was they should have called and asked when will you be coming in to make a payment. So, now we will no longer be buying from rent a center, and next month I will pay them in full and go somewhere else to fill the house we are moving too.
