  You could tell the lady was not happy to be dealing with a customer call at 8 am. I tried to order a small arrangement to be delivered for a birthday at school. She said they were not allowed to deliver anything to the school. Since I had already called the school and had permission, I just called the school back and ask if they would call City Florist and give them permission. The lady at the school had no problem doing that. After the second call to City Florist, she said that I clearly misunderstood that the lady from school called and told herit was not allowed. Really? Why would she do that? I called the school she was like WOW. I can wait til 9am. Lol
